Delete your LOXA account

You can permanently delete your LOXA account and all of your associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app (fastest)

1. Open the LOXA app and make sure you're signed in.
2. Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you.

We aim to action email deletion requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete all of your personal data, including:

• Your account information (email, name, profile)
• Your location history and exploration map data
• Your activities, routes, and any photos you uploaded
• Your social data: follows, follow requests, likes, and comments
• Your saved places, trips, and competition data

What may be retained

For legal and consent-evidence purposes, records that you accepted our Beta Testing Agreement (your name, email, and date of acceptance) may be retained for up to 3 years, after which they are also deleted. We do not retain any other personal data after deletion.
